Alma L. Greer

Alma L. (Williams) Greer, 89, of South Bend, IN., passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Memorial Hospital, South Bend, IN.
  Alma was born in Cairo, IL., on October 15, 1929 to Betty Williams who preceded her in death.
  Alma worked seven years as a CNA for Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Christian Fellowship. Alma always brought the family together for special occasions where she would cook. Cooking was her passion as well as fishing.
  Survivors include three daughters; Kim (Bernard) Greer, Carolyn Greer and Alice Walker all of South Bend, IN., two sons; Milton Williams of Kanas City and Kevin Greer of South Bend, IN., Jannice (Cornell) Williams, a special grandchild whom she help raise along with six other grandchildren; Richard Phillips, Quentin (Tamia) Bridgeman, Stone Richmond, Nila Williams, Carlos Williams and Anthony Greer, a host of great-grandchildren, two brothers; Robert Williams of South Bend, IN., and Wallace Williams of California along with other relatives and friends.

Services for Mrs. Greer will be held Friday, December 21, 2018 at Alford's Mortuary at 12 Noon with a one-hour viewing prior.
