Cynthia Carruthers

Cynthia Gail Smith' Carruthers, 56, of North Ironwood, South Bend, IN., passed away Thursday, November 22, 2018.
  Cynthia was born in Cleveland, OH., to Menrie and Julia E. (Algee) Smith who both preceded her in death along with two sisters; Khadijah Patterson and Pamela Britton. She worked as a licensed CNA for Holy Cross, Life Treatment Center and Private Duty. Her passions were music and family.
  Survivors left to cherish her memories include her daughter; Brittney (Manuel, Sr.) Smith' White, her son; Brandon (Stefanie) Smith, 12 grandchildren, two sisters; Lynda Kay Smith all of South Bend, IN., and Jackie Jackson of Cleveland, OH., her brother; Stephen (Carrie) Smith of South Bend, IN., along with a host of relatives and friends.
  A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Friday, November 30, 2018 at Alford's Mortuary.
