Denise Marie (Fleming) Heard

Denise Marie (Fleming) Heard was born on February 3, 1955 to the late Pasco and Dorothy Fleming. She was born and raised in South Bend Indiana. She attended school in the South Bend school district. She later moved to Georgia where she worked as a caregiver and a counselor for group homes. Denise was a very strong lady. She loved church and she loved to praise the lord. She was very active in church and loved to sing. She was a light to everyone she met. Denise she will be missed by everyone she came across. On January 11th , Denise came home to lay her sister, Patricia Blount, to rest and God called her name too. He was ready for her as well. She is survived by her daughter, Chrystal, her husband, Johnny Heard, two brothers, Jeffrey Fleming, Sr. (Gina) and Kenneth Fleming, Sr. (Candy), and nieces and nephews. A host of special daughters who will miss her dearly. 

There will be a gathering of family and friends, January 12, 2018, at Alford's Mortuary, at 6 pm.
