Earl Edwards

Earl Edwards, 68, of Washington St., South Bend, IN., passed away Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2019.
  Earl was born to Louis and Annie (Washington) Edwards on June 20, 1950 in Ruleville, MS., who both preceded him in death along with five siblings.
  Earl worked aa a janitor and his passions were playing cards, eating, cooking, watching football games and staying dressed.
  Earl leaves to cherish his memory four daughters; Ora (Kenneth) Minton of South Bend, IN., Idreana (Clarence) Barber of Joliet, IL., Nami Johnson and Bertha Johnson both of South Bend, IN., two sons; Henry (Ann) Harris of Indianapolis, IN., Setoria (Akisa) Johnson of South Bend, IN., his special friend; Betty Anderson, 19 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, two sisters; Emma Keaton of Cleveland, MS., and Lou Ella Edwards, two brothers; Roosevelt (Dorothy) Edwards both of Chicago, IL., and Charles (Von) Edwards of Austin, TX., along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
  Services for Earl Edwards will be held at Alford's Mortuary on Monday, January 21, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., with viewing from noon to 1:00 p.m., at Alford's Mortuary.
