Geneva (Williams) Parchman, 78, of So. St. Joseph St., South Bend, IN., passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2018 at her residence.
Geneva was born March 10, 1940 to Jimmie D. And Lena Mae (Hill) Williams in Tevist, Arkansas who both preceded her in death along with a daughter, Janice Frazier and a grandson, Dashawn Parchman. Coming from Jonah, AR., in 1962 she moved to South Bend, IN. She united in holy matrimony to Willard J. Parchman in 1971 who passed away in 2016. She worked for Visiting Nurses as a home care professional and she was a member of Greater St. Mathews Church.
Survivors left to cherish her memory include six sons, Curtis (Wilma) Williams of Wavely, FL., Albert Veasley of Osceola, AR., Denny L. Frazier of Elkhart, IN., Frederick, Roderick and Broderick Parchman all of South Bend, IN., 24 grandchildren, one brother, Curtis “A.D.” Williams of Wavely, FL., along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Services will be Friday, March 16, 2018 at 12:00 p.m., at Greater St. Mathews Church with viewing from 11:00 a.m., to noon at the church.
