Jerry Ivy, 60, of West Western Avenue, South Bend, IN., passed away Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Memorial Hospital, South Bend, IN following an illness.
Jerry was born July 21, 1957 in Chicago, IL. His passions were basketball, music, riding his bike and dressing.
Survivors left to cherish his memories are two sisters, Annie Ruth and Shirley Jean Ivy, three brothers, Irving and Jimmy Ivy and Steven King along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents.
