Mrs Juanita Donaldson, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister, who resided on Rexford Drive, South Bend, Indiana, was called into the arms of our Heavenly Father on Sunday, April 15, 2018

Juanita was born to the union of the late Luther and Lillie (Ward) Kyle on March 11, 1932, In Okolona, Mississippi. In 1947 she and Bill Donaldson were united in wedlock. They relocated to South Bend, Indiana, in 1952. After 41 years of marriage in 1988 Bill went to be with the Lord.
Mrs. Donaldson retired from the South Bend, Community School Corporation, from the food services.
A Job she truly loved.
Juanita was the Matriarch of our Family, she was definitely the head of our family, she kept us all in line, she would call her sisters and brothers just to keep a check on them. We all loved that. She dearly loved her Children, Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Great Great Grandson, family and friends. She had a sharp mind, and would let you know it too. She will be dearly missed, but we thank God for allowing us to have her for 86 yrs.
Juanita leaves to cherish her precious memories, two daughters Effie Groves, Zudie (Eddie) Brown three sons, Terry (Sandra) Donaldson, Perry (Beverly) Donaldson, Gary (Kenya) Donaldson all of South Bend, Indiana.
7 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren and 1Great, Great Grandson.
Juanita, has two sisters, Beatrice (George) Grundy of Beloit, Wisconsin; and Minister Myrtle (John) Doaks of South Bend, Indiana; two brothers: Isaiah Kyle of Lithonia, Georgia and Joe (Ida) Kyle of South Bend, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Lillie Kyle: Husband, Bill Donaldson, Two sisters Iola Taylor Bell, Sylvia Clay Osborne: four brothers, James, Luther, Thomas and Eugene Kyle.
Juanita, leaves two specials sister-in-laws, Mattie Donaldson and Juanita Kyle, of South Bend, Indiana: along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Juanita was a member of Greater Friendship Baptist Church.
