Mrs. Ollie Mae (Alexander) James, 84, of West Washington Street, South Bend, IN., passed away December 27, 2018 at Memorial Hospital, South Bend, IN.
  Ollie was born July 10, 1934 in Humboldt, TN., to Vince and Lillie Mae Alexander. She moved to South Bend, IN., from Tennessee at an early age. She married Ernest James. She was a former member of Roscoe Jackson Ministries.
  Ollie was preceded in death by her parents; Vince & Lillie Mae Alexander, her husband; Ernest James, three children; Verna James, Ernest James, Jr., and Velma James, one brother; Van Alexander, two sister in laws; Ethel Pruitt and Evelyn James.
  Ollie leaves to cherish her memory five daughters; Marjorie (Tyrone) Henderson, Sharon James, Patricia (Andre) Williams, Shaina James and Juliane James all of South Bend, IN., a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, one sister; Geraldine Moss of Malden, MO., a sister in law; Vera Brown and a special friend; CeCe both of South Bend, IN., along with a host of other relatives and friends.
  Private services were held for the family of Ollie Mae James.
