Ozzetta M. Paskell

Ozzetta Maria Paskell, 67, of Western Avenue, South Bend, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at Memorial Hospital, South Bend, Indiana. Ozzetta was born February 21, 1952 in South Bend, Indiana, to Ozzie and Ioney (Scott) Paskell who both preceded her in death.

Ozzetta was a remarkable woman with the sweetest most gentlest and purest soul. She was loved by all! She loved to laugh and you could hear her laughter for miles! She was like a Lioness over her children and grandchildren. She covered her children and her children’s Friends with prayer that she had written in prayers on her bedroom wall. Her home was a safe haven to all her children’s friends. She spoiled her children with a lot of love. Mom taught us to treat people the way we wanted to be treated.

Survivors left to cherish her memory include two children: Fatima Peak and Damon Peak; seven grandchildren: Raejeene Oliver, Rayanna Harris, Walter Smith, Anyah Peak, Arianna Peak, Damon Peak Jr., and Carson Peak; two great grandchildren: Damon Holt and Casey Harris; two sisters: Rosita Nelson and Pauletta Paskell; one brother, Ozzie Paskell Jr.; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
