Rose Y. Young

Good morning family, loved ones and friends. Were here today to celebrate the life of Rose Y. Young, aka “Boobie” born February 14, 1965 to Lonnie Young and Roberta Byers who were both waiting with open arms when she was called home April 17, 2017 along with her first daughter, Roshonda Young, her grandparents and both sisters, Hattie and Terry Byers all welcomed their beautiful Rose with open arms.

Miss Young was a beautiful loving caregiver, friend, sister and most of all mother to six children which are left to cherish her memory, Ronald & Londale Madison, Terry Young, Erica Young, Dashaia Young & baby girl Lamarria Young, two brothers, John Byers, Jr., and Curtis Crenshaw, the father of 3 children, Eric Gill whom she loved for over 28 years along with a long line of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, our family which is so big it will take over 100 papers also a host of best & special friends which all have loved and cherished Miss Young.

Miss Young is a very smart and wonderful woman finishing high school and starting some college before having her children. Rose was a CNA caregiver & activity aid almost forever and she loved every second. She also was a member of Greater St. John Missionary Baptist Church for over ten years where she praised & worshipped our Mighty Lord. She was a passionate bingo lover.

Miss Young is a very accomplished woman. Many who knew her would agree with us in saying she is a true Super Woman and had great expectations to do the best for her family and children.

Miss Young will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
