Theodore Clark

Theodore Leonard Clark, Sr., was the second born to the union of the late Julia Slaughter Clark and Horace DeFrance Clark on July 21, 1936. In 1965 he married his wife of 52 years and this union was blessed with eight children, Pambama (Imhoptep) Adisa and Murth Lee (Rebecca) Ramsey, Jr., both of Indianapolis, IN., Damon Ramsey of Long Beach, CA., Shirley (Michael) Grossnickle of South Bend, IN., Theodore Leonard (Dawn) Clark, Jr., of Riverside, CA., Devon Lydelle Clark of Elkhart, IN., Davetta Machelle (Ralph) Hammond of Virginia Beach, VA., and Demon Avery Clark (deceased). He was also preceded in death by his parents, sister and brother, Hattie Stewart, William Horace Clark and his mother in law, Nicy Gary and father in law, Mack Neil Gary.
  
  Surviving his transition are his spouse of 52 years, Hattie Clark, eight children, 23 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, two sister in laws; Viola (Jake) Smith and Mattie (Joseph) McGhee and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
  
  Theodore retired after 28 years of service from Bayer as a vitamin mixer. He was a lively, long pillar in his community. He left everyone he met better than he found them. 
  
  Services will be held at 12:00 p.m., on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at Agape Ministries Church with viewing from 11:00 a.m., to noon at the church.
