Mr. Bernard Emanuel Phillips Sunrise 9-9-1951~ Sunset 5-11-2024.

Bernard was born to the union of Alfonzo and Waneda Phillips. Bernard completed his education with South Bend Community School Corporation at Central High School in 1969. Mr. Phillips went on to explore fatherhood with his first born of 4 Antone Hamilton, Bernard (Sharine) Phillips, Burudi Phillips, and DE 'Nell Phillips, which gave Bernard more Love to live on with 10 grand babies to complete the package. In doing so employment became a necessity to Bernard to which Bernard became employed with AM General of Mishawaka, Indiana, for the next 20 years of his life. Bernard enjoyed going fishing, Bar-B- Queuing, and playing cards, and hanging out amongst family and friends. Above all Bernard was a great family man.

Bernard leaves to cherish his 4 children Antone Hamilton of Columbus, Ohio, Bernard Phillips, of South Bend, Indiana, Burudi Phillips, South Bend, Indiana, and DE 'Nell Phillips of Columbus, Ohio. Bernard has gone on to meet his family in Heaven, as follows: Father Alfonzo Phillips, Mother Waneda Phillips, Brother Joe Phillips, and Craig Phillips. Bernard will be greatly missed by his loved ones, and the memories will forever be cherished by the children and grandchildren left behind. PSALMS 23
