Brant Davis

Brant Davis was born on August 25, 2004, to Shirri Jones and William Davis Sr., in South Bend, Indiana.

Brant attended South Bend Community Schools for his education in which he graduated from Rise Up Academy in 2022. After graduation, Brant gained employment at Dunkin Donuts as a crew member, and recently got employed at Amazon.

Brant enjoyed working, being around his family and friends, playing warzone with his little brother Jamier, spending time with his girlfriend Anyia, and late-night rides to fast food restaurants. Brant had a heart of gold and a smile that could brighten anyone’s day. 

Brant Davis, 18, of South Bend, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly at 2:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 17, 2023.

Brant leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Shirri Jones (Cordero Palmer Sr.); his sister, Braiona Jones; his brothers: William Davis Jr., Ja’Mier Jackson, Jaden Jones, Cody Palmer, Caleb Palmer, Cordero Palmer Jr., and Jaleel Palmer; grandmother: Shirley Bonds; his aunt, Crystal Easton; his uncles: Jason (Tammy Jones)  and Marcus Jones, Dave Davis Jr., Henry, Tyrone, and Robert Sims; his girlfriend, Anyia Kitto-Turner; his best friend, Brett McCoy, all of South Bend, Indiana.

Brant cherished and adored all of his family. However, he shared a special bond with his cousins: Jessiyah and Jesse Lottie Jr., Taji and Adavion Perkins, Trinity and Devin Jones, Paris Johnson, and Kyle Rogers.

Brant will be missed by many other family members and friends who loved him. 

He is preceded in death by his father, William Davis Sr., grandmothers: Jeanette Jones, Willie Mae Davis; and grandfathers: Leonardo Miller and Dave Davis Sr.
