With a heart full of love and gratitude, we celebrate the life of Carmeleta Bramley, born on a radiant spring day, April 24, 1976, in Benton Harbor, MI, USA. Her spirit, her laughter, and her warmth will live on in the many hearts she has touched. Carmeleta's light dimmed on April 15, 2025, leaving a void in the lives of those who loved her. She was a resident of South Bend, Indiana, a place she called home.
Carmeleta was a precious gem, known for her strength and resilience. Despite her physical disabilities, she never let her spirit wane. She was the embodiment of the quote, "The only disability in life is a bad attitude." Carmeleta's infectious laugh and radiant smile were her trademarks. She could light up a room, and her heartwarming presence was a testament to her resilience and spirit. She was the pillar of strength in the family, always inspiring everyone around her with her courage and determination.
Carmeleta is survived by her loving husband, Mitchell Bramley, her beautiful daughter, Carmeleta Cyprian, and her two sons, Eric Cyprian and Cornell Sanders. She also leaves behind a loving family, including her brothers Stevie Martin, John Martin, Lloyd Jr., and Carl Martin, and her sisters Rashida Anderson and Kay Anderson, along with a host of grandkids, family and friends.
Her parents, Lloyd Anderson and Ruth Martin, and her siblings, Demetrius Morgan, John Morgan, and Latrice Morgan, preceded her in death.
