Christie Trinnette Hooks

Christie Trenette White - Hooks was born to Ann White and Ronald R. Cole on December 25, 1974 in Rock Island, IL.

Christie was part of a very large family on both mother’s and father’s side.

Christie attended South Bend Schools and she went on to Atlanta, GA to further her education at Westwood College and received her degree in Criminal Justice. This is also where she met her ex-husband Milton Hooks.

Christie was very althletic and artistic. She enjoyed dancing and cooking. She loved her family so much anytime you were in her presence she would greet you with a long warm hug that would take your breath away.

Christie leaves this earthly life and is celebrated by her family; Father Ronald R. Cole of South Bend IN, Grandmother Alice Cobbs of Rock Island, IL, Uncle Keith (Robin) Bloch of Haver De Grace, MD, Aunts Betty Thomas and Opal White both of Rock Island, IL, Johnies Bloch, JoAlice (Billie) Nailon and Kyna Glass all of South Bend IN, Siblings Charmaine Giger, LaSheka Cole, Kazie Cole and Michael Cole all of South Bend IN, LaToya (Anibal) Cole - Hernadez of Elkhart IN, Dolomite White, Adam White, Kyeasha White, Ronnishia White, Nate White, Shun (Tanya) White along with other brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Christie was preceded in death by her mothoAnn White, Grandmother JoAlice Tate, Uncle William Thomas, Quentin Cole and William Bloch.

Services for Christie will be held on Saturday June 4, 2022 1 P.M in the chapel of Alford's Mortuary 1222 Napier Street, South Bend, IN 46601. Visitation will be held at 12 Noon in the chapel with Pastor D.H Fuller to give the word.
