Count Von Edmonson

Count Vonn (Bonnie Doone) Edmondson , passed away Saturday September 14, 2024, at his residence in Northridge, California. 

He was born November 27, 1956 in South Bend, Indiana to the late Count Edmondson Sr. and Armie Jean (Williams) Wiley. They both proceeded him in death. Also proceeding him in death a son Michael Payne,  two brothers; Tommy and Richard Plump, one sister; Shirley Ann Wiley, two brothers-in-laws; Pastor Nathaniel Dowdell and James Fulton and two sister-in-laws; Val and Margaret Dawning. 

If you knew Count, you knew him from the green and white house on the Southeast side "221 Pennsylvania."

In 1989 Count married Lani Haslip.  Out of their union Anthony and Lauren was born. 

He was a devoted Elder and pioneer of the Jehovah Witness. 

Leaving to cherish his memories, his wife, Lani Edmondson, 4 sons, Cory (Rona) Edmondson, Andre Waddell, Sam (Lisa) Payne, Anthony Edmondson. 1 daughter, Lauren (Nate) Owen's.

His siblings, Jean Webber, Paul Dawning, Susan Sharpe, Paula Dawning, William Dawning, Carol Dowdell, Rose Fulton, Raymond Plump, Henry Wiley, Edward (Robin) Wiley, Vincent Wiley, Jeffrey (Daisha) Wiley and Sister-in-law Lisa Plump.

He was a grandfather and great grandfather to many. He was also an uncle, cousin and a good friend to everyone. 

He will truly be missed. Especially the comical stories he shared with each one of us.
