In the morning hour of April 15, 2026, surrounded by her dear loved ones, Deborah June Welch made her departure from this earthly life. She was born May 08, 1954, in Mishawaka IN to her parents James Edward and Juanita Carmack.
Deborah was a strong loving, and resilient woman who devoted her life to her family.
On June 23, 1990, she met James and on May 25, 1996, they were united in wedlock
Deborah retired from the City of South Bend as a maintenance worker. She was also a Volunteer In Police and worked for IUSB as a custodian. During her years she also was a member of The Tough Riders and Naptown Riders with her club names being Snow and DJ. She loved to cook, work outside in her flower gardens and clean. She loved going to Las Vegas, visiting her family in Corinth Mississippi where she was raised going to concerts, dancing and going on cruises.
Deborah has left behind to mourn her loss her devoted husband James Lee Welch Jr, her loving daughters Heather R. Husband of Las Vegas, Daneile Frydrych
{Gary} of South Bend, IN, Melissa K. Fink {Jamie} of Elkhart, IN, bonus children though marriage, whom she deeply loved Trina L. Detwiler of South Bend, IN, Victoria J Menefee {JL} of Atlanta, GA, Charles Esters {LaTasha} of Cedar Hill, TX. Two sisters Joyce Martin {Richard} of Alabama and Doris Childress of Mississippi brothers Billy Carmack Minnesota, Ricky and Ronnie Carmack of Mississippi. Grandchildren Christopher Husband, Aaron Husband, Austin Kotowski, Steven Kotowski Jr, Anthony James Frydrych, Amber Hartzog Steven James, Stephan, Shakeela, Stephanie Burroughs and Hailey Bryce Willis. 9 Greatgrandchildren, Mother- in Law Claudia M Welch, Brother-in-Laws Troy and Maurice (Jackie) Brown, James Ellis, Alvin Welch. Sister-In -Laws Janet Wade
(JJ), Jackie Johnson (Larry), Marilyn Gachaw and Juanita Brown. A host of nieces and nephews. Her special friends Paul Sovinski and Brenda Sands, Etzel and her family and the special care she received from Heart-to-Heart care personnel.
Deborah was preceded in death by her Parents James and Juanita Carmack, brothers Dennis, Dole and Jamie Carmack, Sister Rosemary Carmack, Sister Delores Jean Peters, sister Mary Ruth Purvis and her brother -in -law David M. Brown who meant the world to her.
