Deon Tramble Obituary

Deon (Dee) Tramble was born on March 20, 1977, in Saint Louis, Missouri to James A. Long and Mamie Tramble. He was the second child of six children.

As a young man, Deon always had an adventurous personality. This led him to serve his country in the United States Navy in 1997 for a total of eleven years as a Mechanic. During his military career, he served in the Persian Gulf, and after accomplishing his career he was Honorably Discharged to pursue further dreams.

After his discharge, he relocated to Saint Cloud, Minnesota where he met the love of his life, Mrs. Artenta Tramble. In 2010 they exchanged their vows at NuWay Missionary Baptist Church in Saint Cloud Minnesota, among a host of relatives and friends.

Deon had a variety of talents one of his favorites was cooking for his friends and family loving the smiles he put on their faces. He loved the outdoors, anything that had to do with nature, fishing, boating, and camping. He always had advice and a kind word to say. Our favorite phrase from him was “DID YOU HEAR ME.” He kept a smile on our faces that would last us all a lifetime.

Deon was an inspiration to all he knew. The Lord called Deon home to rest after giving all he had to give on February 19, 2021 at 8:00 pm. Deon was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather, and uncle. He had a loving sister, Vidella McDaniel who preceded him in life and whom he loved very dearly.

He leaves to cherish his memories his mother and father, a grandmother, Pearlie Mae Marrow; two more sisters: Tasha Banks, and LaReece McDaniel from Saint Louis, Missouri; two brothers: Lawrence Tramble and Reverend Maurice McDaniel from Saint Louis, Missouri; two daughters, LaPorsha Exson, Minnesota and Shuvon Exson, Indiana and Joshua Shields, Minnesota; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; one sister-in-law; and one brother-in-law; along with a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews; and he loved them all very deeply.
