Diane Pruitt

Diane R. Pruitt, age 60 departed this life on May 2, 2023 in Michigan City, IN after a brief illness. She was born to Minor & Ethel Pruitt on May 15, 1962.  Diane attended school in the South Bend Community School Corporation as well as Brandywine Schools in Niles, MI. Diane worked at numerous factories throughout the Michiana area.

Diane was known for her infectious smile and her “gift to gab” She did not meet anyone that she would not strike up a conversation with.

She leaves to cherish her memory 5 brothers, Carl (Sandy), Jerry, David (Katrina), Terry (Jean) and Tim all of South Bend, IN as well as a few nieces and nephews. Diane had several god children that she would call her own children, but her two favorites were Cecily Smith and DeAngelo Smith-Shaw.

Diane was proceeded in death by her parents, Minor & Ethel Pruitt, her brother Fred Pruitt, and her paternal & maternal grandparents.
