Elaine Antoinette Davis-Hickman was taken from her earthly home on May 17, 2023.
Elaine’s life began on August 31, 1980, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania when she was born to Ralph Leon and Jacqueline Denise Cole Davis.
Elaine was educated in the South Bend Community Schools, graduating from Riley High School in 1997. She attended Ivy Tech, South Bend from 2000 – 2003. She was employed as a professional for the South Bend School Corporation from 2002 – 2006. She was also employed for two years as a cashier for Save a Lot.
On November 23, 2003, in South Bend, she was married to Allen Hickman Jr.
Elaine will be remembered by her husband, Allen Hickman Jr.; a daughter, Andrielle Hickman, both of South Bend, Indiana; her mother, Jacqueline Davis-Cole; and one brother, Nathaniel O’Neal Davis of Indianapolis, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Davis; grandmother and grandfather, Jesse and Elaine Cole.
