Erica Williams-Darden

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Erica Williams-Darden of South Bend, Indiana on September 3rd 2023 at the age of 51 years. 

Erica was born to Sharon Herron, and Robert Williams on July 5th, 1972, in South Bend, Indiana. Erica had a wonderful smile and loved to laugh; she never missed an opportunity to tell her family that she loved them. Erica loved binge watching Lifetime movies and enjoyed a good home cooked meal.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Sherdane (Skip) Darden; children La Quisha Lee-Wilson, Michael Lee Jr., Trashawn Lee, Nicholas Lee, Danielle Darden, and Victoria Burke; 6 granddaughters, 7 grandsons, brother DeEarl Williams, sister, Sharvon Herron, two special aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, as well as numerous relatives and friends. 

Erica is preceded in death by paternal and maternal grandparents, Father Robert Williams, and Stepfather Vester (Speedy) Herron Jr.

Our beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend may be gone from our sights but never gone from our hearts.
