Johnnie L. Thomas

Mr. Johnnie Lee Thomas 67 of Liberty Drive Mishawaka IN passed away June 21, 2022.

Johnnie was born February 8, 1955 in Fort Myers FL to Henry & Lucille Thomas who both preceded him in death along with three brothers Henry Thomas Jr, Mitchell Thomas and Michael Thomas
 

Johnnie graduated from Dunbar Middle School and Cypress Lake High School in 1972. He honorably served his country in the United States Navy as L.P.O. Third Division USS Fort Fisher. He worked previously as a CNC Operator and worked many years as a department supervisor for Niles Precision in Niles, MI.
 

Survivors left to cherish his memories include his son Johnnie L. Thomas Jr of Indianapolis IN, eight grandchildren Sierra Thomas, Kyanna Thomas, Brianna Jones, Zariya Thomas, Janai Thomas, Jalen Bowman, Jaden Thomas and Trevor Thomas, four sisters Brenda (Robert) Williams of Tampa FL, Barbara Ingram of Tennessee, Beverly Beadin and Mary (Lennie) Gills both of South Bend IN, a half-sister Cassandra Bell of Louisiana, four brothers Willie Sirmons Jr of Naples FL, Harrison (Regina) Thomas of Cape Coral FL, Jimmier (Darlene) Thomas of Lehigh Acres FL and Manuel Thomas of Virginia Beach VA, one sister in law Marilyn Thomas of Fort Myers FL, a dear longtime friend Marilyn Williams along with many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Memorial Service will take place at Alford’s Mortuary 1222 Napier Street, South Bend, IN 46601 on Saturday July 16, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Don Williams of Unique Outreach Ministry C.O.G.I.C. will officiate the services.
