Mrs. Minnie Louise Chester Howell-Bey who resided on Lincolnway East South Bend In. Passed away at the age of 62.

Minnie was born and raised in South Bend In, on July 24th, 1960 to Fred Chester (father) and Gloria Christine Thomas Chester (mother.) After Gloria Christine Thomas Chester passed away Fred married Ruth Chester (mother) who raised Minnie as her own. Minnie was a loving mother, daughter, friend and sister who raised all of her siblings. Minnie was also a loving wife to Sir William Darnell Howell-Bey married on November 28th 1991.

Mrs. Howell-Bey is survived by 8 Daughters, Dominique Anderson, Gemini Bo Howell-Bey, August Renee Howell-Bey, Sharia Howell, Henrietta Howell, Natasha Howell, Tequila McKinstry, Shalonda Howell, and 1 Son William Darnell Howell-Bey Jr. 31 Grandchildren 8 Great Grandchildren and 1 Sister Idette Sonya Malone.

Family members who preceded her in death include a Husband William Darnell Howell-Bey Sr, Daughter Chertrice Mayes, 1 Sister Mary Evelyn Chester, 4 Brothers Larue Clarence Thomas, Joseph Chester, Fred Winfield Chester Jr. Lester Ladell Chester, Father Fred Chester, Mother Gloria Christine Thomas Chester, and close Aunts and Uncles.
