Perry L. Hunter

Mr. Perry Lee Hunter departed from this life on July 3, 2021. Perry Lee was born in Greenville, Mississippi to the late James Hunter and Clara Eddington on April 28, 1948.

He was married in 1993 to Betty Luster. He was a truck driver for many years. His favorite pastimes were playing cards with his wife; enjoying his grandchildren; and dancing.

He is survived by his wife, Betty; four daughters: Ernestine McKinney of Benton Harbor, Michigan, Christean Luster, AlDreana Luster, and Shantessia Luster, all of South Bend, Indiana; two sons: LaVarre Luster and Charles Luster of South Bend; three sisters: Geraldine Boyd and Connie Weatherspoon of South Bend and Irene Bond of Elkhart, Indiana; two brothers: Edward Washington and O.T. Washington, both of South Bend; along with several nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death along with his parents were two daughters.
