Kay Wheeler passed away February 5, 2020 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka, Indiana. Sherry Kay was born in South Bend, Indiana, on May 18, 1950 to the union of Henry Thomas Sr., and Josephine Brown, who both preceded her in death.
Sherry leaves to cherish her memory eight children: Mark (Kelly) Thomas, Priscilla (June) Thomas, Annette (Butch) Love, Anita (Rodney) Harris, Terrance (Selina) Young, Lisa Fultz (Corey) Barnes, Viola (Robert) Allen and Edward (Janeen) Wheeler; her companion, Eddie B. Stephens; six siblings: Henry Thomas, Terry (Shirley) Thomas, Nancy (Otis) Thomas, Kenneth (Viola) Thomas, Patricia (Robert) Moore and Charlene Perkins; a host of nieces, nephews; and great-grandchildren: Mark Thomas Jr., Julius Henderson, Shanita Menyard, Lisa Thomas, Willie Thomas, Lionel Hardin, Chanda Taylor, Timothy Shorter Jr., Michael Hardin, Tavares (Elizabeth) Robinson, Shaneesha Harrington, Osa Mae Young, Antonio Wells, Adonis Ester Jr., Efrem (Terra) Allen, Shaquille Allen, Mark Thomas, Robert Allen, Jaylon Riedl and Jordan Riedl.
