William Joseph Harris
Obituary
William “Will” Joseph Harris, age 38, passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2023, at Praxis Landmark Recovery facility in Mishawaka, Indiana. Will was born December 24, 1984, at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Indiana to James and Donna Harris. He was baptized at an early age. Later he confessed his belief in God and joined Pilgrim Baptist Church.
Will graduated with honors from Washington High School. While attending Washington, he was a member of ROTC, the Marching Band and the track team. Afterward, Will graduated from Indiana State University. He was employed by several different companies such as Kroger, South Bend Public Library and True Green Lawn Care. Will was a happy person who enjoyed joking around, playing spades, bowling, going to the movies. His favorite musical artist was Brandy.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his parents, James and Donna Harris, his brother, Robert (Rhonda), aunts, Judith Johnson, Bonnie and Laura Townsend and Janie Williams and uncles Richard (Brittany) and Donald (Vanessa) Townsend along with a host of friends and relatives.
