Willie Lax

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Willie J. Lax, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Willie was born on March 3, 1981, in South Bend, Indiana, the place he called home throughout his life. He was a self-employed lawn care professional, operating Relax Lawn Care with a passion for giving families the outdoor spaces they loved. Willie was a recognizable figure in the community, not just for his business, but also as an active member of the Savage Guardian Motorcycle Club, where his love for the open road and camaraderie were well known.

Willie was a man of many talents and interests, but his greatest joy was found in the company of his family. He was the cherished husband of Angela Lax, a loving father to Ryheeme McLeod, and a caring stepfather to Anthony Williams, Sharrie Williams and Ja'Sha White, all of South Bend, IN. His love also extended to his sisters, Jamisha (Jason) Harris of South Bend, IN, Teara (Randy) Macon of Indianapolis, IN, nephew, Randy Macon III, and nieces, Jamiah and Jaliah Harris, Kayden and Brylee Macon.

Willie was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Laurie Williams, maternal grandparents, paternal grandfather, aunts and uncles.
