Mr. Willie L. Wilson was born to the union of Mahalia Johnson-Easton and Bill Wilson on June 16,1946 in South Bend, Indiana.


He was the second to the last son born to 13 children. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Johnny, Henry, 0le, Vivian, and Terry. Willie Lived in South Bend, Indiana until he graduated from Mishawaka High school. After he graduated from high school, he joined the United States Army on April 10,1968. Willie also received his associate degree while in the Army. He received an Honorable discharge on October 7,1981. Willie had 6 children, Sarde’ Wilson, Marcus Wilson, Sylvester Joyce (Man) (Kamariah), lzia (Tina) Turner (Rodney) & Nikia Dubose. He worked for the Sheridan Park Apartments from 1986-2016. He retired after 30 years of being an Engineer. Willie loved helping people, drinking coffee and playing his scratch offs. He also loved music, playing cards, and dancing.


Willie leaves to cherish; Children; Marcus Wilson, Sarde’ Wilson, Sylvester Joyce (Kamariah), lzia (Tina) Turner (Rodney) & Nikia Dubose. Grandchildren; Christina (Nikki) Phillips, Terena Joyce, Tamia Wilson, Armoni Smith, Myles Spriggs, Brooke Wilson, Anthony Harper, Marcus A. Wilson Jr., Kendrick Wilson, lyonna, Brooklyn & Ahmad. Great Grandchildren; Cassius, Kahlil, Hermone, and Zaria Wilson; ln-Law; dear friend; Deborah Wilson-Gordon (James Gordon), bothers; Charlie N Easton, Professor Ernest Lee Easton, Melvin Edward Easton, Billy Gene Easton Sr. and two sisters Farinella Taylor and Faiella Neilon. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
