The staff was professional. I was greeted as I entered the church. Bishop Alford is always so warm and gracious. Mr. Adrian Dennis is a phenomenal young man. He is courteous, has excellent people skills. He answers questions and meets the needs that are brought to his attention. Mrs. Ruby Carothers had a beautiful send off. She looked as if she were sleeping. The flowers were simply beautiful.

The service for our beloved Lee Agnes Coleman, was nothing short of outstanding! From the initial meeting, to the closing words at Highland Cemetery Chapel, we felt as if Lee Agnes was the only client; so much personal care beyond that which was expected of the staff. Having said the former, the Coleman and Redmon families endorse Alford's Mortuary Inc. You are truly the people's champion.

Although I was not over arrangements of the funeral services for a dear friend of mine; it was a phenomenal experience for me as a guest! The flower arrangements were gorgeous! Her face looked as if she was just sleeping. Her make up and construction was breath-taking. Staff were very sincere, humble, and organized. From this experience I will be using Alford's Mortuary for any future services I may need!

Going through the loss of a loved one is never easy. The loss of my mother is a feeling that's incomparable. I thank God for the staff at Alford's Mortuary and Bishop Alford for making this experience easy. I will Forever use their services <3.
