Yvette M. McCullough

Yvette Marie McCullough, age 35, born to George and Jeanette (Benjamin) McCullough Jr., on November 25, 1979 in South Bend, Indiana, passed away at her residence on Oakland Avenue, in Elkhart, Indiana, on Friday, October 30, 2015.

Yvette was a former member of Progressive Missionary Baptist Church and was baptized by Reverend Dave Davis (now deceased) at Greater Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. Her passions when she was younger, was playing basketball, soccer and softball.

Survivors left to cherish her precious memory include her parents, George and Jeanette McCullough Jr. of Granger, Indiana; one sister, Yolanda Michelle McCullough of South Bend, Indiana; her grandmother, Rose McCullough; aunts: Darlene (Jimmie) Herron, Bridgette Poindexter, Darlene King McCullough, Freda (Freddie) Braylock, Carol Stokes; an uncle, Robert (Donna) McCullough, nephews: Jathen Spicer and Brayden Boyd; special cousins: Erica, Breanna, Jennell, Jameka, Troy, Rolanda, J.R., Robert Jr., D’Anna, Stephanie, Kevin, Angie and Donna; along with a host of other cousins, other relatives and friends.

Yvette was preceded in death by her grandmother, Pauline Benjamin; grandfather, George McCullough Sr.; great grandparents, Johnny and Jeanette Oliver and Bessie Porter Thomas; aunts: Beverly Benjamin and Annette Brodie; cousins: Weldon Jeffries Jr., and Joseph Brodie II.
